Please read the following page in its entirety (it's not long, I promise!). It contains important information about how we will communicate with each other throughout the project. Also be sure to watch the video below that walks you through how to use the Client Portal. It's only about 3 1/2 minutes long.

A Few Housekeeping Items:

  • I track all things relating to your project (contracts, invoices, tasks, documents, meetings, emails) in a Client Portal, which you will have access to. I want this process to be very transparent so you're never wondering what I'm working on or what the overall status is. You should have received an email from the system with your password. If you didn't receive it or have lost it, let me know.
  • Please send any written communication to me through email at Any other forms of messaging (Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.), while handy, will not be tracked in the Portal (not to mention that communications through those channels can get messy very fast).
  • Office Hours: My official business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm cst Monday - Friday. This is when I'm generally available to work and answer any questions you may have. I will make every effort to respond within 1 business day of your inquiry. That doesn't mean I'll never answer an email during off-hours. However, I can't guarantee as quick of a response outside those hours.
